Who can take part

  • You have shoulder stiffness that has lasted more than one month.
  • Your shoulder movement is limited by more than 30 degrees in at least two directions (like lifting your arm forward, out to the side, or rotating it outward) compared to the other shoulder.
  • You do not have a systemic rheumatic disease (such as rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis).
  • You have not had cancer.
  • You have not had major trauma, surgery, or an injection in the affected shoulder recently.
