Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have had shoulder pain for at least 3 months and have been diagnosed with primary frozen shoulder
- Your shoulder pain is at least 4 out of 10 on a pain scale and hasn't gotten better with pain relievers
- Your shoulder movement is limited by at least 30 degrees in two directions (like lifting your arm to the side or front, or turning it outward)
- You are willing to participate and follow the study procedures
