  • You are between 40 and 80 years old
  • You are already in one of these studies: Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, IMPACT, or Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer's Prevention
  • You are either healthy or have mild cognitive impairment (MCI), but not dementia
  • You have had a study visit in the past year or will have one soon
  • You have already given a blood sample for Alzheimer's research in that study
