This trial studies whether automated analysis of your voice and speech can help detect early signs of Alzheimer’s disease and mood (affective) problems. It may help identify changes sooner, using voice and questionnaire information from people who are cognitively healthy to very mildly affected.

Who can take part

  • Be age 50 or older
  • Already have available brain/biomarker test results and memory/thinking test data
  • Be cognitively healthy to only very mild dementia (CDR score of 0.5 or less)
  • Understand the study language well enough to follow instructions and complete questionnaires
  • You must not object to taking part in the study
