Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your cancer must have come back or not responded to standard treatments, and you have a type of advanced solid tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, kidney function, liver function, and heart function must meet certain safety levels.
  • You cannot have had a prior treatment with an ADC that targets topoisomerase 1 (like trastuzumab deruxtecan or sacituzumab govitecan).
  • You cannot have active brain metastases or certain other serious medical conditions like recent heart problems, lung disease, or uncontrolled infections.
