Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older
- You have severe poor blood flow in a lower limb, causing an open wound/ulcer or gangrene or severe resting pain for more than 2 weeks
- Your blood-flow measurements are very low (toe pressure under 30, and/or ankle pressure under 50)
- You are admitted to the vascular medicine hospital unit
- Your care team has discussed and agreed you will undergo an endovascular revascularization procedure
