Who can take part
- You must have head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (a common type of head and neck cancer) that can't be cured with local treatments like surgery or radiation.
- Your PD-L1 CPS score must be between 1 and 19 (a test that checks a protein on your cancer cells).
- You must not have had any previous chemotherapy or immunotherapy for head and neck cancer that has come back or spread.
- You need to be in fairly good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1), and have adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function.
