Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with stage IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed with surgery
- Your tumor does not have changes in the EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 genes
- You are in good enough health to have daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1)
- Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) are within acceptable ranges
- You have not had chemotherapy or immunotherapy for this cancer before
