Who can take part

  • You have a mass on your adrenal gland (found on CT or MRI) and high aldosterone levels, OR you have high cortisol levels (Cushing's syndrome) that don't depend on ACTH, OR you have had high cortisol caused by ACTH (with or without an enlarged adrenal gland).
  • You are already part of an NIH research study (like 19-DK-0066, 09-C-0242, or 18-CH-0031) or a similar trial.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are able to get up and do light activities (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2).
  • You agree to use effective birth control if needed, and women will need to stop breastfeeding for 1 week after the scan.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and understand the study.
