This study tests a special imaging scan (PET/CT) to help doctors identify adrenal tumors that produce too much of two hormones: aldosterone and cortisol. If you have both hormone imbalances confirmed by blood tests and are planning surgery to remove your adrenal gland, this scan may help your doctors see exactly where the tumor is.

Who can take part
- Age 18–80 years
- Confirmed diagnosis of primary aldosteronism (high aldosterone-to-renin ratio) plus elevated cortisol on a dexamethasone suppression test
- Scheduled for adrenal surgery or ablation (minimally invasive treatment)
- Able to undergo the specialized PET/CT imaging scan with a radioactive tracer
- Willing to follow up with your medical team for at least 12 months after treatment
- No previous adrenal surgery and no known adrenal cancer
