  • You have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer (confirmed by a biopsy).
  • Your cancer is considered limited disease (it has not spread far beyond the lung).
  • You are in good physical condition (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2).
  • You do not have another type of cancer or any other active tumor.
  • Your cancer is not stage IV or extensive disease.
