  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • You had your first stroke at least 6 months ago
  • You could walk without help before your stroke, but now you cannot walk on your own
  • You can understand and follow simple instructions in English
  • Your doctor has approved you to exercise
  • You can travel to the research lab for sessions
