This study tests whether exercise plus motor learning training can improve walking and movement after a stroke that happened more than 6 months ago. You may be a good candidate if you can walk on your own and your stroke-related brain injury is not mainly in the cerebellum.
This study aims to develop a walking exercise program for people who have had a stroke and cannot walk on their own. It will test a treadmill-based program to help improve walking ability.
This trial compares a supervised exercise program in a special facility with a self-guided exercise program at home. It aims to see which is more effective for improving walking and daily activity in people who had a stroke more than 6 months ago.
