Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has spread and a KRAS G12C mutation in your tumor or blood.
- You have at least one untreated brain metastasis (2mm to 3cm in size) that can be treated with focused radiation (SRS).
- You have not had a prior KRAS G12C inhibitor drug like sotorasib or adagrasib.
- You have had no more than 2 prior lines of treatment for advanced lung cancer, or you have had no treatment yet.
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself) and have adequate kidney, liver, and blood counts.
