Who can take part
- You have a solid cancer that has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed by surgery, and it has not responded to or stopped working after previous treatments.
- Your cancer must be one of these types: mesothelioma, or a solid tumor with an NF2 mutation, or another change in the Hippo pathway (like FAT1, LATS1/2, YAP fusions, or WWTR1-CAMTA1).
- You need to have a stored tumor sample from a previous biopsy or be willing to have a new biopsy taken for this study.
- Your cancer must be measurable on scans (like CT or MRI).
- You must be in fairly good health overall (able to do daily activities without help).
- You cannot have active cancer spread to the brain causing symptoms, serious heart problems, or be taking medicines that interfere with the study drug.
