Study of PARP1 inhibitor EIK1004 for advanced solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You have an advanced cancer such as breast, ovarian, prostate, or pancreatic cancer that has spread or come back after treatment.
  • You have a harmful change (mutation) in a gene that helps repair DNA (like BRCA1 or BRCA2) – this can be found in your tumor or blood.
  • You have had at least one prior chemotherapy or targeted therapy for your cancer, depending on the type.
  • You have not had more than one PARP inhibitor (like Lynparza, Zejula, or Rubraca) in the past.
  • You are generally well enough to do daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose of the study drug.
