Who can take part

  • You have a WHO grade 3 or 4 glioma (a type of brain tumor) that has come back or grown despite standard treatment.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your overall health is good enough that you can manage daily activities—like being up and about, doing light chores.
  • Your blood counts and organ function are acceptable (tested ahead of time).
  • You do not have active autoimmune disease, HIV, hepatitis, or serious infections.
  • You are willing to have a surgery or biopsy to collect a tumor sample and blood for genetic testing.
