Recurrent Glioblastoma IDH Wildtype

Who can take part

  • You have a type of brain cancer called glioblastoma that has returned or progressed.
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your tumor tissue has at least 1% of cells with CD44 or CD133 markers (for the second phase of the trial).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor that is no larger than 3 cm across.
  • You have had prior treatment with radiation, temozolomide, or bevacizumab.
  • You are healthy enough for a procedure to place a small reservoir (Ommaya) under your scalp for drug delivery.
