Who can take part
- You are 14 years old or older.
- You have newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML), but not a subtype called acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL).
- You achieved remission or complete response with incomplete blood count recovery (CRi) after initial treatment and at least 2 cycles of consolidation (including at least 1 cycle with medium or high dose cytarabine or the venetoclax-azacitidine regimen).
- You have not had an allogeneic stem cell transplant, and are not scheduled for one in the next 6 months (or 1 month if MRD positive).
- You do not have serious heart, lung, kidney, liver, or other medical conditions, uncontrolled infections, HIV, active cancer in the brain/spinal cord, or recent blood clots.
