Who can take part

  • You had a stroke on one side of your body at least 3 months ago.
  • Your affected arm has moderate weakness, not too mild or too severe (measured by a standard arm test).
  • You do not have severe muscle tightness or stiffness in your arm or hand.
  • You are between 20 and 75 years old.
  • You can follow instructions and have no major memory or thinking problems.
