Who can take part
- You had a stroke (one side of the body affected) at least 3 months ago
- Your arm weakness is in a moderate range—not too severe, not almost fully recovered
- Your muscle stiffness is mild to moderate, not severe
- You can understand and follow two-step instructions
- You do not have other neurological conditions, bone fractures, or severe heart/medical complications
- You are not receiving Botox injections for your arm and not enrolled in other rehabilitation studies at the same time
