Who can take part

  • You are a young adult (age 18–40) with shoulder instability that started without a specific injury (not from a fall or accident)
  • Your shoulder feels loose or slips out of position during certain movements, and you have less than 80% control of your shoulder rotation compared to the full range of motion
  • You understand Swedish well enough to speak, read, and write
  • You do not have other major shoulder problems, a connective tissue disorder, a birth defect, or a serious mental health condition
  • You are willing and able to do at least 60% of the assigned exercises
