Who can take part
- You are an amateur volleyball player between 18 and 30 years old.
- You have shoulder instability that started gradually (not from a specific injury) and has lasted more than 3 months.
- You have not had any surgery or fractures on the affected shoulder.
- You do not have pain in your elbow, wrist, or hand, and your shoulder pain is not coming from your neck.
- You are not currently pregnant, do not have heart, rheumatologic, or neurological disorders, and can give informed consent.
