Continuing hepatitis B treatment with GST-HG141 and antivirals

Who can take part

  • You must have completed the earlier phase III trial (GST-HG141-III-01) without stopping early and took at least 80% of your doses
  • Your liver enzyme (ALT) level must be controlled at 5 times the upper normal limit or below
  • Your doctor must believe you can safely continue long-term treatment with this drug combination
  • If you can have children, you must use effective birth control from screening through 28 days after stopping the study drug
  • You must sign an informed consent form and be able to follow all study visits and procedures
