  • Have a solid tumor that has spread or can't be surgically removed (measurable by scans)
  • Be in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • Have a life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • Agree to use effective birth control if applicable
  • For part 2: have a specific cancer type like stomach, esophagus, or lung cancer, and be able to receive a chemotherapy called docetaxel
