Who can take part
- You are 18 to 65 years old.
- You have a confirmed autoimmune kidney disease like lupus nephritis, ANCA vasculitis, membranous nephropathy, or IgG4-related disease that is active, hard to treat, or keeps coming back.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is above 45 ml/min/1.73 m².
- You have not had gene therapy or CAR-T cell treatment before.
- You do not have an active, uncontrolled infection (like hepatitis B, C, HIV, or CMV).
