This study tests if a program of trunk and breathing exercises can help close the gap in abdominal muscles (diastasis recti) that sometimes happens after pregnancy. It is for women who are at least 6 months postpartum and have a muscle separation larger than 2.8 cm.

Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 50 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with diastasis recti (a gap in your belly muscles) that is more than 2.8 cm wide.
- It has been at least 6 months since you gave birth (and preferably within 5 years).
- You do not have a serious lung disease like COPD or chronic bronchitis.
- You have no connective tissue disorders, neurological disorders, or severe back pain that would stop you from exercising.
- You have not had any abdominal surgeries other than a C-section.
- Your BMI is 30 or lower.
