Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 4 and 9 years old.
  • The tooth being treated should not have caused any pain (either on its own or when eating).
  • The tooth must have at least two-thirds of its root still present (for healthy support).
  • There must be no signs of infection or damage inside the tooth or in the bone around it.
  • Your child must be generally healthy (no serious heart, liver, or immune system problems).
  • The tooth should be able to be restored with a filling or crown (not too broken down).
