Getting help from a peer coach to learn wheelchair skills

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have a spinal cord injury that is stable (not getting worse).
  • You can speak and read English.
  • You live in your own home or community (not in a hospital).
  • You use a manual wheelchair for at least half of your daily mobility.
