Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You had your first stroke and it happened within the last year (0–12 months ago).
- You have muscle tightness in your calf muscles (ankle plantar flexors) that is rated as mild to moderate (grade 1–2 on a spasticity scale).
- You haven't had Botox or dry needling for spasticity before.
- You are able to walk on your own, with or without a cane or walker.
