Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Fatigue (tiredness) has been a constant problem for you over the past 4 weeks, and it significantly affects your quality of life (score of 6 or more on a 1 to 10 scale).
  • You have not taken part in a group fatigue or pain management program in the last 5 years.
  • You can read and speak English, and have access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet and audio/video.
