Capecitabine and camrelizumab for TNBC after chemotherapy
Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This trial tests if combining the chemotherapy pill capecitabine with the immunotherapy drug camrelizumab can help people with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) who still have tumor tissue after initial treatment. It is for patients whose breast cancer has structures called tumor-associated lymphoid structures (TLS) and who did not achieve a complete response to neoadjuvant therapy.

This trial tests whether adding a PARP inhibitor or capecitabine (chemo) to a PD-1 inhibitor (immunotherapy) after surgery helps prevent triple-negative breast cancer from coming back. It's for people with high-risk disease who have completed initial treatment.
This Phase 2 trial studies whether adding capecitabine to pembrolizumab after surgery can lower the risk of cancer coming back in people with triple-negative breast cancer that didn’t fully respond to earlier treatment. It’s meant for patients whose tumor was removed but still showed remaining cancer after chemo-immunotherapy.
This trial tests a drug called tetrathiomolybdate (TM) combined with capecitabine for people with triple-negative breast cancer who still have cancer cells after standard chemotherapy and surgery. The goal is to see if this combination can help prevent the cancer from coming back.
This trial tests whether giving the immunotherapy drug camrelizumab along with chemotherapy and radiation before surgery can improve outcomes for women with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer. The goal is to shrink the tumor before it is removed.
This trial looks at different ways to use the chemotherapy drug capecitabine for people with triple-negative breast cancer who still have cancer cells after initial treatment and surgery. It aims to find the best approach to improve outcomes.
This trial tests a combination of an immunotherapy (camrelizumab), an anti-fibrotic drug (pirfenidone), and standard chemotherapy for people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has not gotten worse after initial treatment. The goal is to see if this mix works better than chemo alone.
