Who can take part

  • You have myeloma or a similar plasma cell disorder and have tried 3 or more treatments (like proteasome inhibitors, lenalidomide, or daratumumab) that stopped working within the last 6 months.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have stored at least 1 million CD34 stem cells per kilogram of your weight.
  • Your disease is measurable by blood or urine tests (for example, M-protein in blood or urine, or high free light chains).
  • Your heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver are working well enough (your doctor will check this with tests).
  • You have an ECOG performance status of 0-2 (able to care for yourself and do light activities), or a higher status only due to bone pain.
