  • Newly diagnosed plasma cell leukemia (confirmed by blood test showing 5% or more abnormal plasma cells)
  • Had little to no prior cancer treatment (0–1 cycle of initial therapy)
  • Age 18–80 years old
  • Good enough overall health to tolerate strong medications (ECOG score of 2 or better)
  • No severe heart problems, uncontrolled blood pressure, or serious nerve damage
  • No allergies to the study drugs (daratumumab, carfilzomib, lenalidomide, or dexamethasone)
