This study looks at how blood vessel aging relates to the type of fatty buildup in your arteries that can cause heart attacks. If you've had a recent heart attack, chest pain (angina), or minor artery disease and do not have advanced heart failure, kidney failure, active cancer, or prior bypass surgery, you may be able to join.

Who can take part
- You have had a heart attack, unstable angina (chest pain at rest), stable angina (chest pain with effort), or minor coronary disease found during a test.
- You are NOT in cardiogenic shock (severe low blood pressure from heart problems) or congestive heart failure (fluid buildup causing breathing trouble).
- You do NOT have end-stage kidney disease (kidney failure needing dialysis or transplant).
- You do NOT have an active cancer (one that is being treated or growing).
- You have NOT had a coronary artery bypass graft (heart bypass surgery) in the past.
