Who can take part

  • You are currently taking a statin or a statin plus ezetimibe (Zetia) for high cholesterol.
  • Your doctor has decided you need to change your statin dose, switch to a different statin, or add ezetimibe.
  • You are not already taking a combination pill of pitavastatin and ezetimibe.
  • You have no known allergy to pitavastatin (Livalo) or ezetimibe (Zetia).
  • You have not been in another research study for an investigational drug in the last 12 weeks, and you won't join another study during this one.
