Clemastine and exercise for thinking problems in schizophrenia

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old and have a diagnosis of schizophrenia or a related disorder.
  • Your psychiatric medications (like antipsychotics or mood stabilizers) need to be at a stable dose for at least a week before starting the study.
  • You should not have an active moderate or severe substance use disorder (other than nicotine).
  • Women who can become pregnant must use effective birth control and have a negative pregnancy test.
  • You must not have certain medical conditions like epilepsy, glaucoma, or severe liver/kidney problems, and you cannot be taking certain other medications.
