- You are at least 18 years old
- You have severe leg circulation problems (critical limb ischemia) with rest pain, wounds, or tissue death
- Blood pressure tests in your ankle show significantly reduced blood flow
- You are able to have surgery to improve blood flow to your leg
- You are willing to give written consent and be followed at CHU Amiens hospital
- You have a life expectancy of more than 3 months
