Who can take part
- Your ovarian cancer (high grade serous, high grade endometrioid, or clear cell type) has come back and is now resistant to platinum chemotherapy.
- You are 18 to 84 years old and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your kidneys, liver, and heart are working well enough, and your blood counts are stable.
- You are willing to have a small port placed in your belly to receive the study cells.
- You have not had a bowel obstruction, autoimmune disease like Crohn's, or severe allergic reactions to related treatments.
- If you carry a BRCA mutation, you have already tried a PARP inhibitor. You cannot be pregnant or nursing during the study.
