Who can take part
- You must have AML, MDS, or MDS/MPN that is considered high-risk for coming back after transplant
- You need to have measurable disease before the transplant
- You must be at least 18 years old and scheduled for a reduced-intensity stem cell transplant from a related donor
- Your heart, liver, kidney, and lung function must be adequate within 2 weeks of the NK cell infusion
- You cannot have certain mutations (like FLT3-ITD, IDH, or BCR-ABL) that are being treated with targeted maintenance therapy after transplant
- You must agree to use effective contraception during and for a period after the study
