  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You are generally healthy with no chronic medical conditions or autoimmune diseases.
  • Your weight is between 121 and 264 pounds (BMI 18-35).
  • You have no history of cancer, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or a removed spleen.
  • You agree to avoid pregnancy or use effective birth control if you can become pregnant.
  • You have not used any nicotine products beyond 5 cigarettes per week in the last month.
  • You have not received certain vaccines within the last 2 weeks to 1 month.
