Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of blastoid mantle cell lymphoma (a fast-growing type) that has come back or not responded to treatment.
- You are at least 18 years old and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- You have not previously taken a PI3K inhibitor or a BCL-2 inhibitor (like venetoclax).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function need to meet certain minimum levels (as tested in the last 7 days).
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-2) and can take oral medications.
