Who can take part

  • You are at least 20 years old
  • Your GIST has spread or is advanced and has a specific gene change (CD117, DOG-1, KIT, or PDGFRα)
  • You’ve already tried imatinib, sunitinib, and regorafenib, and they stopped working or caused bad side effects
  • You have a tumor sample that shows low levels of a protein called P-glycoprotein (less than 6 on a special test)
  • You are well enough to be up and about (able to take care of yourself, out of bed more than half the day)
