Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
  • Your tumor must be a type of brain cancer called glioblastoma (WHO grade 4) and be positive for a protein called EGFR (score 3).
  • You must have normal blood counts and liver function, and be otherwise healthy enough for treatment.
  • You cannot be allergic to atorvastatin (a cholesterol drug) or take certain other medicines that interact with it.
  • You cannot have another cancer, a serious infection, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
