Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
- Your tumor must be a type of brain cancer called glioblastoma (WHO grade 4) and be positive for a protein called EGFR (score 3).
- You must have normal blood counts and liver function, and be otherwise healthy enough for treatment.
- You cannot be allergic to atorvastatin (a cholesterol drug) or take certain other medicines that interact with it.
