Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a glioblastoma that does not have an IDH mutation and does have an EGFR mutation (a change in a gene that helps tumors grow).
  • You finished radiation therapy with temozolomide and recovered from side effects, but you have not started the next phase of temozolomide treatment.
  • You can perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function tests are within safe ranges.
  • You are willing to avoid sunlight and use sun protection during the study and for 2 weeks after your last dose of WSD0922-FU.
