Who can take part

  • Be 18 or older and able to sign consent before any study steps.
  • Have glioblastoma that can be seen on a brain MRI with contrast (or have tumor confirmation by biopsy).
  • Have enough blood counts and organ function (bone marrow, liver, and kidneys).
  • Use effective birth control (or agree to eligible pregnancy-prevention steps).
  • Be able to come to scheduled visits and take medicines and tests as planned.
  • Prior treatment limits: only 1 (for the GBM line described) and first-line must include TMZ plus radiation for recurrent/progressive cases.
