This study looks at how your body handles citrate and oxalate, two substances related to kidney stones. You can join whether you've had kidney stones or not, as long as your citrate and oxalate levels are not too high or too low.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have had at least one calcium-based kidney stone (if you're joining as a stone former)
- You have never had a kidney stone and your urine oxalate is within normal range (if you're joining as a non-stone former)
- Your urine citrate is not extremely low (<100 mg/day) or extremely high (>1500 mg/day)
- Your kidney function is normal (glomerular filtration rate 75 or higher)
- You can stop taking diuretic medication or alkali supplements for the study period
