Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 85 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with a spine problem based on exams and imaging.
  • Your spine symptoms have lasted longer than 3 months.
  • You speak Portuguese fluently and can give consent to participate.
  • You have not had spine surgery before and do not have spinal instability.
  • You do not have other nerve or bone/joint problems that make walking very difficult.
