Who can take part
- You have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific change called KRAS G12C mutation.
- Your cancer is advanced (cannot be removed by surgery) or has spread to other parts of the body.
- You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a scan.
- You are generally able to do daily activities with little to no help (ECOG 0-1).
- If you have had brain metastases, they must be treated and stable.
- You must not have had another cancer in the last 2 years (except for certain types like skin cancer).
