CAR-T Cells Targeting PD-L1 and DLL3 for Small Cell Lung Cancer

Small Cell Lung Cancer Extensive Stage

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests a new CAR-T cell therapy that targets two proteins (PD-L1 and DLL3) on small cell lung cancer cells. It's for people whose cancer came back or got worse after standard chemotherapy, and it aims to see if the treatment is safe and works.

CAR-T cell therapy for DLL3-positive small cell lung cancer

This trial tests a new CAR-T cell therapy (GC511B) for people with a specific type of small cell lung cancer that has DLL3 protein. The treatment uses your own immune cells to target and attack the cancer.
